New York is home to an assortment of people who claim to see the future. I visited a few to find some guidance.
Each year, around fifty students from Bronx public schools build wooden boats from scratch, then they use them to monitor the water quality of the Bronx River and its fauna. The activities are organized by Rocking the Boat, a non-for-profit organization.
